Customer satisfaction is at the heart of our CSR strategy, with the implementation of structured management of feedback and field reports. This feedback feeds into continuous improvement plans, enabling us to offer more effective, responsive solutions tailored to the challenges faced by our industrial and artisan customers.

Innovating for a positive environmental footprint
CARIF is undertaking its first comprehensive carbon assessment to measure and steer its decarbonization trajectory. At the same time, a circular economy program focusing on packaging and waste recovery aims to significantly reduce our environmental impact while ensuring the quality of our products.

Our Key CSR Goals for 2026
Ethical objectives: 100% of employees signatories
By the end of 2026, CARIF aims to have 100% of its employees sign the ethics charter, in order to embed CSR culture in all teams. This shared commitment provides a common foundation for more responsible practices on a daily basis.
Environmental objectives: sustainable packaging and decarbonization
By 2026, we will roll out more sustainable packaging solutions and finalize our first comprehensive carbon footprint assessment. These milestones will enable us to define a trajectory for reducing emissions and guide our environmental investments.
Customer objectives: measuring and improving satisfaction
CARIF will launch its first structured customer satisfaction measurement campaign, followed by a formalized action plan. The goal is to strengthen the quality of our relationships, the reliability of our services, and the joint development of sustainable solutions with our partners.
