Our flours are made from CRC cereals grown in France and are guaranteed not to be treated after harvesting. This will enable you to join the CRC approach. Our flours are produced using farming practices that promote biodiversity and are used in the composition of our milling and baking correctors, mixes and premixes for pastries, improvers, etc.
